CITATION STYLE Excerpt from the UOLTJ Guide to Citation The Journal accepts submissions formatted according to the Canadian Guide to Uniform Legal Citation (6th ed. 2006) or the Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (18th ed. 2005), but the Journal will also consider articles in alternative legal or scholarly citation styles which provide all necessary bibliographic information and precise pinpoint citations. As part of the UOLTJ’s firm commitment to advancing the free public accessibility of legal information, the UOLTJ supports the use of free public online sources of legislation and case law in its publication. In addition to providing the full-text of its articles on the Internet, the Journal has designed its own house style of citation, which prioritizes neutral citations, for case law and legislation, and public access sources. Our Editors will modify citations to meet the general citation form adopted by the UOLTJ. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
